My Work
My process includes the whole team from the beginning. This is a practice that has been reinforced by my collaborations with Apple at design sprints in training at NN/Group, and certificated facilitator training from LUMA Institute.
While I focus on users as primary stakeholders, I also engage project managers, developers, writers, and the QA team members, each of whom brings expertise in unique corner cases that benefit from early exposure.
I strongly believe in establishing a friendly collaborative culture before interruption can create friction between teammates. User experience is a reflection of the production experience. Stress-free solutions come from teams that openly and gladly address interpersonal dynamics.

Pilots today juggle a dizzying number of applications. Switching between up to ten apps creates app fatigue and forces crews to bounce between disconnected tools. My latest project tackles this complexity head‑on by unifying briefing, navigation, ops documentation, and threat awareness in a single EFB. Rather than interfacing several apps, this solution consolidates them onto one platform, letting crews move seamlessly from flight planning to navigation logging without losing situational awareness and streamlining data transfer between tasks.
