Challenge 

Accommodating the unique requirements of the last Palm devices for the I Heart the 80s app, accommodation the physical dimensions of the screen and large rounded corner.

 

Process

Received preliminary screenshots and texture assets from MTV and was able to build screen comps based on the conventions of trivia applications. During development, I assisted developers in generating assets and addressing concerns like long text strings and complications of the different pre- and pixi- screen sizes.

 

Solution

The potential of smart devices became further apparent with the release of visually rich gaming from MTV and Viacom. Indeed, this was a more visually interesting trivia experience than the VH1 True Story app that I had designed only a couple years earlier.
