AT&T

Challenge

Modernize the mobile shopping experience across all of the carrier's handsets. Create an affordance for recommendations based on the purchases. Related music, games and apps could be offered individually and bundled together at a reduced price. Introduce preview before purchase capabilities for ringtones.

 

Process

I created multiple concepts of the asset search and browse experiences to accommodate different user types. I worked directly with AT&T Marketing to create a comprehensive wireframe document illustrating each interactive detail. I collaborated with design consultants to ensure brand cohesion. Contributed to back-end content provider asset requirements and onboarding tool.

 

Solution

In 2008 the Media Mall application deployed across the plethora of handsets supported by AT&T. Featured over 90,000 media options from 115 content providers.
